The automatic disposable paper cup forming machine is a multi-station fully automatic forming machinery. It completes the paper cup production process through continuous procedures such as automatic paper feeding (pre-printed paper sheets), sealing, oil injection (rim lubrication), bottom punching (automatically punching cup bottoms from roll paper), heating, knurling (bottom sealing), curling, and cup discharge collection. It also features photoelectric detection, fault alarm, and counting functionalities. This equipment is ideal for producing beverage paper cups, tea paper cups, coffee paper cups, advertising paper cups, market paper cups, ice cream paper cups, or other purposes disposable paper cups. The machine uses a microcomputer program to control the inverter for stepless speed regulation. The automatic control is achieved using a photoelectric non-contact switch.
