The workstation operates continuously and satisfies the 24-hour requirement. It adopts a single robot dual-station welding method, placing welding workpieces on a positioner that moves in coordination with the robot to improve efficiency. The workstation mainly includes an arc welding robot, welding power supply, welding positioner, cleaning gun and wire cutting mechanism, protective barriers, and a system integration control cabinet.
