Using a 5-axis desktop robot with an xyzr+ rotating axis for glue application, a 3-axis manipulator handles mass input and output of parts. The product requires glue application on both front and back. When inputting, personnel only need to place the stacked products on a board into the input fixture and select the type and parameters of glue application through the host software. After computer confirmation, the input fixture automatically feeds the equipment, and the 3-axis manipulator clamps the product and places it into the flipping fixture of the 5-axis manipulator. The 5-axis robot begins glue application on the front of the product. Once complete, the rotating axis drives the flipping mechanism to apply glue on the back. After completing everything, the 3-axis manipulator is called to change materials; the 3-axis manipulator places the glued products into the bottom discharge tray and then places new products from the feed tray into the flipping mechanism. When all products have been glued, the equipment automatically outputs the empty input tray and filled bottom tray to the loading and unloading position outside the equipment.
