Screen Flatness and Scratch Detection Machine (including Dfm)
Action Flow:
1. Manually load material onto the inner side of the fixture for clamping and positioning;
2. XY linear motor drives line scan laser to inspect product flatness;
3. XY linear motor drives CCD camera to inspect product scratches and appearance dimensions;
4. After completion, the device indicates OK or NG for manual removal.
