Robot Automatic Tray Loader

The drawing is a design model of an automated material tray placement device for a manipulator. It conveys a stack of trays one by one through a conveyor belt. Once the materials from the tray are removed, the trays are rearranged and stacked using a suction tray. The structure is welded from steel, ensuring overall stability. It is driven by a servo motor, offering excellent precision and stability. The file is in SolidWorks format and is parameter editable, providing a certain reference value for learning.
