The robot automatically de-stacks the bobbins and each layer of separators.
The robot places the bobbin on the transfer conveyor jig.
The jig is manually pushed into the loading platform.
The loading platform is equipped with a rotating mechanism that can cooperate with the robot to facilitate loading from both sides.
This solution is currently in on-site use.
