RGV trolley (shuttle) integrated rail-mounted car robot ultrasonic cleaning machine is also called RGV trolley (shuttle) + I-beam rail + power rail + car-mounted robot + car-mounted ultrasonic cleaning machine. This set of equipment is an automation project for a dark factory with over 400 CNCs. RGV + rail is just one part, yet it’s the essence of the entire project. It is used for automatic feeding and unloading for CNCs. In addition to the transmission system and electrical control box of the RGV itself, the RGV trolley is also equipped with a 6-axis robot with a working radius of 1700mm and its control box, a dual-slot ultrasonic cleaning machine, a hydraulic station, and an air storage tank. The trolley is completely wireless. It uses power rail carbon brushes for power supply and no air pipes, utilizing non-standard connectors on the loading rail to recharge while in use. The air used in motion comes from the air storage tank. Since the RGV body is completely wireless, with no tank chains, the signal interaction between the RGV and the console is achieved via WIFI wireless transmission. All parts of these drawings are editable, and even the 2D engineering drawings of the parts are available. RGV is widely applied in storage systems, CNC centers, or unmanned automation of other equipment, very much in line with the current Industrial 4.0 atmosphere. Welcome everyone to download and study!
