This machine is a 3D resistance welding machine, which connects the stripped core wire and terminal of the wire harness through resistance.
The equipment uses resistance welding (spot welding), a type of contact welding. Its basic principle involves welding the workpiece under pressure through a welding current, relying on resistance heat. When welding with the machine, after the start switch is pressed, the solenoid valve is activated, compressed air drives the cylinder to move, and the electrode head presses the workpiece. After a delay, the silicon-controlled rectifier in the controller conducts, and the welding process begins. The primary circuit of the transformer is energized, while the secondary circuit completes the welding through the workpiece. After maintenance and pause time, the solenoid valve switches direction, the electrode head lifts, completing one work cycle.
