This equipment is an automatic assembly device for relay products, driven entirely by cams. The whole machine is controlled by a single motor, eliminating the need for complex electrical programming design and pneumatic processes. A single asynchronous motor resolves the assembly process of the entire device, making it highly valuable for research and cost-effective. Each spiral plate is equipped with full material stoppage, material shortage alarm, or shutdown devices to ensure each package is accurate. The equipment has self-diagnostic functions that can automatically alarm or stop in case of a fault (user can choose alarm or stop options). Equipped with multiple emergency stop buttons for ease of operation.
