This equipment is an automatic assembly device for relay products, driven entirely by cams. The whole machine is controlled by a single motor, eliminating the need for complex electrical programming design and pneumatic processes. A single asynchronous motor resolves the assembly process of the entire device, making it highly valuable for research and cost-effective. Each spiral plate is equipped with full material stoppage, material shortage alarm, or shutdown devices to ensure each package is accurate. The equipment has self-diagnostic functions that can automatically alarm or stop in case of a fault (user can choose alarm or stop options). Equipped with multiple emergency stop buttons for ease of operation.
The cam linkage mechanism has the characteristics of stability, durability, and high precision, making it the best design method for high-performance equipment. All cams in the device are designed based on calculated cosine motion laws. Cam parts can be directly created from these design drawings.
