Reciprocating Carton Wrapping Machine 3D Model. This fully automatic carton wrapping machine is non-standard equipment. After packaging, there are three files, the general assembly drawing is “11.1 General Assembly Drawing.” It consists of 179 assemblies, 814 parts, and 461 engineering drawings. Designed in SW2012, but opened and packaged in SolidWorks2015 with a total size of 356M, it may require SolidWorks2015 to open. Previously, we uploaded a similar device, which was our first-generation packaging machine. Now, this is the second-generation packaging machine. The main difference is the addition of the reciprocating function. The original packaging machine had to pause during side sealing, which was inefficient, whereas the current reciprocating version can continuously wrap cartons without stopping. The original files are provided, and each part has editable parameters. The design is precise and has high reference value. This is a carton packaging machine with clear and complete structure, ready for processing and manufacturing upon downloading the drawings. Many everyday small items are packaged in cartons, and this packaging machine wraps an additional layer of film around the carton, which then passes through a shrink oven to achieve protection, moisture-proofing, and an aesthetic effect. This packaging machine automatically connects to an upstream automatic line and a downstream shrink oven. The basic structural principle is: the PE film is usually conveyed and shaped into a C shape, then the carton passes through the C shape. After that, the transverse sealing group performs heat cutting on the film. The transverse sealing component makes a reciprocating motion, following the carton on the conveyor belt at constant speed (i.e., relatively stationary). The return stroke is a quick return, then the side sealing assembly cuts, thus wrapping the film completely. Finally, it passes through the shrink oven. I hope the reviewer looks carefully and does not delete this submission, thinking it’s a repeat like last time.
