This dust collector employs a circulating chamber offline pulse cleaning method. The cleaning process involves the cleaning controller sending a signal, first closing the lift valve of one bag chamber to cut off the filtration airflow in that chamber, then opening the pulse valve. Within a very short time (0.1-0.2 seconds), 0.4-0.6 MPa of compressed air is injected into the box. The compressed air expands at high speed inside the box, causing the filter bag to undergo high-frequency vibration and deformation. Coupled with the reverse airflow effect, the dust cake adhered to the outer surface of the filter bag deforms and falls off. Once the dust has fully settled, the lift valve opens, and the chamber re-enters the filtration state, thereby avoiding secondary dust dispersion caused by pulse cleaning. After a certain interval, the next chamber undergoes offline cleaning, cycling through each chamber in this manner.
