Precision Cutting Machine

This is a 3D model drawing of an originally designed precision cutting machine. The cutting method of the machine is saw cutting, with the saw blade cooled by water injection. The total length of the product is 2100mm, and it is typically cut into three segments. The cutting structure consists of a high-speed saw blade motor for cutting, resulting in relatively smooth end surfaces, and there is a water tank cooling system. The equipment structure is composed of a saw cutting mechanism, a fixture positioning tool, and a water tank cooling system.
