The plastic hot-melt welding machine uses a sliding plate structure and operates on an electric heating principle. The entire machine is frame-shaped, consisting of an upper template, a lower template, and a hot template as the main three panels. It is equipped with a hot mold, upper and lower plastic cold molds, and its operation mode is pneumatic control. It uses electric heating to transfer heat from the heating plate to the welding surfaces of the upper and lower plastic heaters. This causes their surfaces to melt, after which the heating plate is quickly withdrawn. Subsequently, the upper and lower heated pieces’ melted surfaces fuse, solidify, and integrate into one.
Intelligent components accurately control temperature variations, cooperating with mechanical devices to achieve product welding. It is particularly suited for welding large, irregularly shaped products that are not easy to weld. Applications include plastic welding, nut embedding, and riveting. Examples of welding include: mobile phone shells, computer keyboards, computers, telephones, car lights, outdoor refrigerators, door panels, vacuum cleaners, washing machine balance diagrams, perforated balls, CD cases, aerobic dancing pads, watertight and airtight high-strength products.
