The flexible welding fixture for the pipeline structure features a fully modular design, with all components, except the basic framework, utilizing quick-release adjustable positioning. Each positioning mechanism allows for some adjustment leeway to accommodate pipelines of varying specifications. Additionally, this fixture supports multi-station synchronization, providing a dedicated welding sub-assembly station for individual tanks and an assembly welding station, allowing simultaneous completion of two-level welding processes with a single clamping operation. By replacing different baseplate modules, it can be quickly transformed into other types of welding fixtures, achieving versatile multi-purpose use. The universal interfaces at both ends can connect to positioners and work with welding robots to form an automated welding station. It is a highly practical flexible welding fixture with significant reference value. It contains over 300 independent parts, though 2 small parts are missing, which will prompt an error when opened with SolidWorks 2013; simply select “suppress” to open it normally.
