1. Manually place the PCB board frame (with PCB) onto the lower conveyor._x000D_
2. The conveyor moves the frame to the end of the conveyor belt area._x000D_
3. Sensors receive a signal and establish communication with the PLC. If the loader device is not currently loading, the frame will be loaded onto the loader._x000D_
4. The loader uses a lead screw transmission, where a servo motor controls the lead screw upward and a cylinder controls the push plate, completing the push of the PCB board (controlled by PLC)._x000D_
5. Once all boards are pushed out, when the storage area is free, the board box will be recycled (the storage area does not have a sensor to determine the presence of the board box. Instead, it is manually checked through the HMI control interface to determine availability, after which the MES or machine sends a signal to the PLC for control)._x000D_
