OP80&OP90 Worm Gearbox Assembly and Pin Shaft Press-in Machine
1. Purpose: Quantitative oiling of the worm gear tooth surface (no oil is needed on the side face); press the worm gear assembly, bushing (manually), and pin shaft into the worm gearbox.
2. Compatible products: A13TE, FE-3DA, ZTM11E
3. Equipment operation process (42s)
1. Install the worm gear sensor assembly into the oiling fixture (manual, 2s)
2. Oiling the worm gear (automatic 4s)
3. Manually press the bushing into the worm gearbox, then place the reducer into the lower fixture (manual 8s)
4. Install the worm gear sensor assembly into the worm gearbox, extend the directional mechanism (manual 2s)
5. Start the pull rod switch (manual 1s)
6. Clamp the worm gearbox, vertical servo press descends, pressing the worm gear sensor assembly into the worm gearbox (automatic 7s)
7. Horizontal servo press descends, automatically pressing the pin shaft into the worm gearbox (automatic 7s)
8. All actuators return to the initial position (automatic 5s)
9. Manual unloading (manual 2s).
