The newly designed adjustable head and tailstock welding positioner features a fixed headstock and a tailstock equipped with a slider at its base, which can move along a guide rail. This allows the adjustment of the distance between the headstock and tailstock according to the length of the workpiece being welded. The devices on the headstock and tailstock can be adjusted in height and the distance between the chucks by rotating the screw, making it capable of welding large and elongated workpieces such as excavator arms. The model includes detailed structures such as the base, headstock, tailstock, worktable, adjustment devices, tailstock moving device, worktable locking device, gears, guide rails, etc. The format is in SolidWorks 2012, and production can follow according to the model drawings. It includes the x_t universal format, which can be imported into other software, making it highly useful for those who wish to learn about or create welding positioners. Download is welcome.
