The electronic scale mainly consists of three parts: the load-bearing system (e.g., scale pan, scale body), the force transmission system (e.g., lever transmission system, sensors), and the display system (e.g., dial, electronic display instrument).
When an object is placed on the scale pan, the pressure is applied to the sensor, causing it to undergo elastic deformation. This leads to a change in impedance, and the excitation voltage changes simultaneously, outputting a variable analog signal. This signal is amplified by the amplification circuit and then sent to the analog-to-digital converter. It is converted into a digital signal, which is easier to process, and is output to the CPU for calculation control. The CPU, based on keyboard commands and programmed instructions, outputs the result to the display until the result is shown.
