The mold was designed in June 2021 and is now in mass production. To shorten the molding cycle, the core has been cooled, ensuring structural stability without hidden risks! The product is a four-cavity mop handle. It adopts a three-plate mold with pin-point gating. The product appearance has two undercuts, so it uses a slider against slider design. There are internal threads in the product, utilizing a hydraulic cylinder with rack and pinion to rotate and retract the core automatically for thread removal. The mold structure assembly is as follows: the hydraulic cylinder moves the rack to rotate the gear, driving the core to retract (the bottom of the core is fixed with a nut, and the core retraction is guided by the nut). Mold operation: after opening the parting surface, the core retracts, then opens the gate plate, and finally opens the parting surface again, pushing the product out with the ejector plate. The drawing structure is clear and can be referenced!
