Introduction to Equipment Operation Process:
1. The robotic arm automatically grabs the material and moves it to place it inside the fixture for side clamping and positioning.
2. The fixture’s side clamps use vacuum adsorption to secure the product.
3. The XY moving module is equipped with a laser line scanning platform and moves with the CCD camera module to inspect the product’s exterior dimensions and assembly depth.
