This equipment is used for rotor assembly production in the micro-motor industry, primarily for DC brushless motor 95 series rotor specifications. The whole machine mostly adopts servo mechanisms. The equipment features a rotor shaft storage mechanism with a large storage capacity. The vertical shaft insertion mechanism facilitates the rotor shaft sliding into the rotor core. Meanwhile, the pre-insertion mechanism uses a cylinder to press the rotor shaft into the rotor core, significantly enhancing the efficiency of shaft insertion into the shaft hole and reducing equipment operation anomalies. The transfer mechanism adopts linear synchronous transfer, with a servo module facilitating machine adjustments. The riveting section uses a 5-ton equivalent servo electric cylinder for riveting. The whole machine cycle time is controlled within 5 seconds, with riveting depth and riveting pressure being fed back and recorded in real time through pressure curves.
