The drawing is for a pneumatic pusher mechanism, which allows for dual-station pushing to effectively improve cycle time. The double-rod cylinder is in the original position, the rodless cylinder drives the pusher plate to push the material out; during the return process, the double-rod cylinder ascends, allowing the pusher plate to move away from the working surface before returning to the initial position. This enables other operations to be carried out during the return of the rodless cylinder, effectively improving efficiency. The pusher plate in this mechanism can perform up and down, left and right motions, suitable for conventional pusher design. The drawing is in SolidWorks 2017 version, and it can be edited and modified.
