A new material bending test apparatus 3D model, with editable Solidworks 2010 source files.
Design requirements: The ITO Film moves around a Φ10 bend rod to achieve material bending validation.
1. The surface hardness of the bend rod should be ≤ 2B, and the material should be soft, resulting in minimal friction damage to the ITO film layer on the material’s surface.
2. It should be able to count automatically and record the number of material bends.
3. The pressure between the bend rod and the material should be adjustable. Design a weight plate to adjust the pressure by changing the weight size.
4. The ITO Film must be transported automatically without damaging the product during the transport process. The transport method can refer to a printer.
