A newly designed strip-type integrated molding capacitor, resistor, inductor magazine feeder robot specific-point transfer machine. This set of drawings includes a full 3D model and is used for automatic feeding, hot pressing molding, and automatic unloading of products like resistors, capacitors, and inductors. The feeding method involves loading semi-finished group magazines. After automatic positioning, the robot extracts and transfers the components. Post-molding, the robot continues to extract to the unloading mechanism’s finished product magazine. It is highly precise, with a repeat positioning accuracy reaching 0.01. The 3D modeling is fully complete and can be used after modifying the jig according to the product. The engineering drawings are clearly marked with machining tolerances, and a STEP document is also provided, which can meet the reference needs of most technicians.
