The main body consists of three parts: the filtration container,
supporting mesh basket, and filter bag. The liquid enters
from the side of the filtration container and is directed
into the filter bag above, which is supported by the mesh basket.
Due to the impact and uniform pressure of the liquid,
the filter bag expands, allowing the liquid material
to be evenly distributed across the entire inner surface of the filter bag.
The liquid passing through the filter bag flows along the walls of the metal supporting mesh basket
and is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the filter.
Filtered particulate impurities are retained inside the filter bag,
completing the filtration process. To replace or clean the filter bag,
simply loosen the lifting eye bolts, rotate the handwheel to lift the upper cover,
and remove the filter bag. This makes replacement convenient.
Different filter bags can be selected according to the required precision.
