This is a type of logistics handling robot. The robot chassis utilizes Mecanum wheels to achieve omni-directional movement capabilities. The motor is a 37 DC motor, employing orthogonal laser rangefinding modules and gyroscope modules for positioning. A 6-degree-of-freedom robotic arm is used on top of the chassis to serve as the execution grabbing action unit. The robotic hand’s end has an OPENMV camera, which can recognize the color, shape, and size of the objects to be grabbed. The robot features a display screen for human-machine interaction. This work is based on original drawings, participated in the 2018 Liaoning Province Engineering Training Integrated Ability Competition and won first prize, ranking third overall; it also participated in the following year’s 3D Digitization Competition, winning the Liaoning region special prize and the national competition’s second prize. The compressed package not only includes 3D model drawings but also contains DWG files, DXF files, STL files, etc., allowing you to DIY a robot. Original drawings are not to be resold, violators will be prosecuted.
