Led Board Inspection Machine

The design model of the fully automatic LED board appearance inspection machine primarily includes the LED optical and electrical comprehensive performance testing system, LED light intensity angle testing system, LED accelerated aging and lifespan testing system, LED thermal (junction temperature, thermal resistance) testing system, LED optical radiation safety testing (IEC62471 testing) system, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing system, among others.

Main functions: Testing parameters such as luminous flux, luminous efficacy, optical power, relative spectral power distribution, chromaticity coordinates, color temperature, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, spectral bandwidth, color rendering index, color purity, red ratio, color tolerance, forward voltage, forward current, reverse voltage, reverse current, etc.

The system can perform both transient optical characteristic measurements (pulse measurements) and steady-state optical characteristic measurements (DC measurements) of LEDs simultaneously.
