The project is primarily used for the 8.5 generation high-generation LCD production line. LCD glass is fed box by box, with each LCD glass box containing one piece of glass and one piece of sponge. A linear motor is used as the transfer execution mechanism to improve efficiency. This mechanism includes its own pallet dismantling mechanism and a CCD centering mechanism. LCD glass is transported box by box to a designated position, with two mechanical hand installation stations set up on the linear motor. One is responsible for picking up sponges and placing them in another box, while the other is responsible for picking up glass panels and placing them on the positioning platform. Once a box of LCD glass has been completely picked up, the empty box is automatically discharged to the stacking mechanism for automatic stacking. The centering step is completed through the CCD centering mechanism, with a single-axis mechanical hand transporting it to the designated position. The STAGE transfer robot then moves it to the next workstation.
