Key Height and Flip Cover Force Detection Machine Action Process:
1. Manually load the materials onto the equipment fixture, clamp for positioning;
2. Visual inspection of the product’s cover opening angle;
3. Use GT laser scanning to detect the height of the left and right keys and check for conformity;
4. The manipulator loads the latch and simulates manual cover opening with a pressure sensor, outputting a torque curve;
