This equipment is a conveyor line with a customer requirement for a ninety-degree turn. The uploaded files contain the customer’s design specifications, shared here for everyone to take a look. I believe those who are still in school would be interested in seeing such valuable materials; it’s good to get an early understanding of customer requirements to be better prepared. Although this equipment may seem simple, when all parts are combined, it is worth over ten thousand! The most challenging part of the entire line is at the corner, as it needs to accommodate printing codes on all four sides of the carton. Therefore, the corner is designed as a turning area, integrated with belts and rollers. During the roller operation, a cylinder is required to lift and achieve the process!
