A highly effective automated production line for dispensing glue on metal housings of flat panel devices. The structure and design of the components are excellent, with more than 1000 parts in total. SW2011 design source files, along with STP files, are shared, nearly 200 MB in size. [Both packages of files must be opened together to be complete].
This thermal-rivet glue dispensing production line for iPad shells is primarily used for dispensing glue on Huawei tablet back covers, then flipping and pressing them to bond the metallic casing with the plastic shell. The conveyor line automatically delivers to the hot pressing station, where the automatic conveyor line uses two stations for hot pressing, as the thermal capacitance time is quite long. This helps reduce the production cycle time. The main working principle of the entire production line is: manually placing the metal shell onto the dispensing jig, starting the AB glue dispensing, flipping to let the metal shell and plastic shell bond, the conveyor belt sends the flow board to the hot press position, starting the hot press work. The hot-pressed products automatically flow to the main conveyor belt, and then to the back end for manual collection. After that, the flow board returns to the dispensing position, where metal and plastic shells are placed manually again. Due to the complexity of the stations and equipment, this is a brief introduction.
