The original Harley was “crafted” in 1903 by 21-year-old William Harley and 20-year-old Arthur Davidson in a small shed, and named “Harley Davidson” after their surnames. Today, Harley motorcycles are sold in over 200 countries. The metallic texture, elegant lines, mesmerizing color combinations, and the contrast between chrome and black paint, even the scorching exhaust pipes and the deafening yet “musical” roar, all align perfectly with a man’s dream-like conception of power and freedom.
