In 2021, I went to Chaoshan, Guangdong, to evaluate the fully automatic trimming equipment for project box No. 6. The review plan and details were all in place. Due to the long journey and the customer’s dishonesty in selling the plan, the plan was feasible. There are two trimming options: 1. Flexible hot knife trimming 2. High-speed milling cutter trimming. Work with horizontal injection molding machine, assembly line, rotating platform, and jigs and fixtures to achieve labor reduction and unmanned injection molding stage.
