The main function of switchgear is to switch, control, and protect electrical equipment during the processes of power generation, transmission, distribution, and conversion in a power system. The components inside a switchgear mainly include circuit breakers, disconnect switches, load switches, operating mechanisms, transformers, and various protection devices. As the name suggests, a switch transfer cabinet ensures that a backup power source can be activated during a common power supply failure or outage to guarantee continued power supply to the equipment.
The switch transfer cabinet adopts a GGD type structure. The components shown in the diagram include: busbar support, fan, HD13 disconnect switch, transformer, pointer meter, and buttons. The frame includes: GGD switchgear, locks, lock bars, hinges, ventilation holes, in/out line base plates, and lifting rings.
This diagram is designed using SolidWorks 2016 software, and also includes a STEP format that can be opened with other software.
