Fully Automatic Coating Machine

The coater is mainly used in the surface coating process production of films, paper, etc. This machine coats a roll of substrate with a layer of specific functional adhesive, paint, or ink, and then dries and rewinds it. It adopts a special multifunctional coating head, which can achieve various forms of surface coatings. The coater’s unwinding and rewinding are equipped with full-speed automatic film splicing mechanisms and PLC program tension closed-loop automatic control.
The front and rear of the screen printing area of this small coater equipment are horizontal coating mechanisms, which consist of a coating trough and mechanical or pneumatic components that control the angle and pressure of the coating trough. Its working process: Roll substrates such as paper, fabric, leather, aluminum foil, plastic film, etc., are coated with a layer of specific functional adhesive, paint, or ink, and dried before being rewound.
