The axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagonal head high-strength bolt connection pairs (M12-30) and torsion shear type high-strength bolt pairs (M16-30) can be tested. The average value and standard deviation of the torque coefficient of a set of bolt pairs are automatically calculated. It features display and print functions for all major indicators. The test process realizes automatic loading, and when the axial force reaches the standard specified value, the detector emits a beep and records the test data. The equipment automatically stops loading, reverses to release the specimen after 1 second, and simultaneously the detector automatically calculates and displays the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque. After completing a set of tests, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for N specimens. The control system can cyclically update and store data for 32 sets and can read out and print at any time.
