The flotation machine is driven by a motor through a V-belt, causing the impeller to rotate. This creates a centrifugal effect that forms a negative pressure. On one hand, it draws in sufficient air to mix with the slurry; on the other hand, it agitates the slurry to mix with chemicals. At the same time, it refines the foam so that minerals adhere to the foam, rise to the surface of the slurry, and form mineralized foam. The drawings are in .sldprt and .SLDASM formats, which can be opened using SolidWorks version 2014 or later.
