Brief Description of the Operating Process for the Glass Flatness Inspection Machine:
1. Manually place the product within the inner side clamps of the fixture for positioning.
2. The fixture’s side clamps use vacuum suction to fix the product in place.
3. The XY movement module is equipped with an upper and lower laser line scanning to inspect the flatness and step difference dimensions of the product. It operates synchronously to monitor the corresponding flatness. If the product is OK, it is manually unloaded. If not, an alarm prompts manual removal.
