This workstation includes the R2000IC125L robot, woven bag gripper, sponge suction pickup, two-finger gripper, Schunk three-finger gripper, vacuum suction pickup, and ATI quick-change device
Power roller conveyor line, woven bag positioning lifting device, speed chain conveyor line. Mainly demonstrates the application of ATI quick-change devices in robotic automation. ATI quick-change can quickly switch robot end tools
including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools, maximizing the robot’s application range. The quick-change device is a good helper for robot applications.
The application showcases ATI quick-change in robot end assembly, quick-change tool end storage positioning on storage racks, and the conveying and lifting positioning of woven bags on roller lines. The robot grabs woven bags,
commonly using a special section of roller conveyor to avoid gripper fingers. This application uses a regular roller conveyor, lifting woven bags with a cylinder, and using a special structure to avoid gripper fingers
so the gripper can successfully grab woven bags.
This application provides some 3D model materials and some commonly used techniques in robot applications for design or plan reference. Files are provided in .prt
/.asm/stp/igs/easm formats, with SolidWorks using the SolidWorks 2016 version. Use other 3D software to open common format files like stp and igs.
