1. This workstation uses a single robot with a dual-station welding layout;
2. It is divided into a car floor welding station and a car floor bracket welding station. The welding materials are manually placed and initially positioned.
3. This workstation is staffed with a total of 1 person, as follows:
1) Start-up – loading and unloading materials 1 person;
4. Production cycle: car floor 30 minutes/piece; lower beam 20 minutes/piece
