E-Cigarette Assembly Production Line

This equipment is a fully automatic assembly machine for an e-cigarette product assembly line
1. Equipment performance:
1. The equipment dimensions are approximately Length*Width*Height=8000mm*2450mm*2000mm.
2. The equipment operates safely, with optical sensing and safety light curtains at various positions, and is equipped with an emergency stop button.
3. The product scrap rate of this equipment is not greater than 5% (excluding incoming material defects and human factors).
4. Machine output UPH=1440pcs. The designed machine output is 1800pcs per hour, based on a bottleneck of 2s/pcs, 22 hours a day.
5. OEE ≥ 80% (excluding incoming material defects and human factors).
6. Noise is less than 60db
Equipment control: Uses an LCD touch screen human-machine interface. The equipment mechanism can display alarm and fault resolution prompts, all texts are in Chinese. The main control includes buttons for emergency stop, stop, start, and inching.
