The model features an injection-molded tissue box shell with a hot runner needle valve gate design. The product exterior is semi-circular, with internal undercuts. To ensure the product’s appearance, four half sliders are used for demolding, and to prevent product sticking on the internal large angle lifters, ejector pins are added on the lifters. Cooling water is also added to the lifters to reduce the injection molding cycle. Mold structure: the front mold has four-sided half sliders (with ejector blocks on the half sliders), and the rear mold has angle lifters (with ejector pins and cooling water on the lifters). After ejection, the product remains on the angle lifters and is removed by an injection molding robot. The drawing file has a clear structure and can be used as a reference!
