Seven-layer vertical circulation mechanical parking garage design model (SolidWorks 2014 + detailed CAD drawings)
Vertical circulation mechanical parking equipment is a type of parking system that stores and retrieves vehicles using vertical cyclic movement. Vertical circulation mechanical parking equipment has the advantages of single power source, simple control, small footprint, convenient operation, fast vehicle retrieval, and economic reliability. The parking equipment uses a programmable controller to control the cyclic operation of the equipment. The vehicle is parked on a carrier, which moves up and down with the chain, allowing any vehicle on any level to be quickly lowered to the ground, achieving three-dimensional storage. It overcomes the complexity of multi-level parking equipment and significantly saves time, making the entire process easy and convenient.
I. Working Principle
The working principle of vertical circulation mechanical parking equipment is that the motor drives the transmission mechanism through a reducer. A storage carrier is installed at certain intervals on the traction element—chain. When the motor starts, the storage carrier moves vertically with the chain to achieve the purpose of storing and retrieving vehicles. When storing a vehicle, the driver drives the vehicle to the precise position of the storage carrier in the garage, closes the car door, exits the garage, and presses the operation button. The motor starts, the storage carrier moves, and another storage carrier rotates to the entrance position and stops, allowing the next vehicle storage operation.
When retrieving a vehicle, press the parking space number button on the operation device. The motor starts, and under the control of the programmable controller, it runs to the exit along the shortest route. The driver enters the storage carrier and drives the vehicle out of the garage.
All files of the SW2014 source files + CAD engineering drawings, standard parts may be missing because the screws and other standard parts are called from the 3D library, but this does not affect usage. Sharing with great effort.
