Principle of Grape Vine Burying Machine_x000D_
During operation, the rotary tillage and soil extraction components loosen and break up the soil. The soil, with the cooperation of rotary soil knives and soil collecting shovels on the rotary tillage components, is thrown along the direction of the soil collecting shovels into the longitudinal soil conveying mechanism. Driven by the drive chain, the longitudinal soil conveying mechanism rotates at high speed, transporting the soil thrown by the rotary tillage components into the transverse soil conveying mechanism. The transverse soil conveying mechanism, driven by the output shaft of the main transmission gearbox, evenly spreads the soil over the grape vines that need to be buried for winter, accomplishing the entire process of protective winter burying for grapevines in one go._x000D_

The research content of this project can be divided into four main parts: First is the overall design of the grape vine burying machine; second is the exploratory research of the rotary tillage and soil extraction mechanism of the grape vine burying machine, solving the problem of high soil demand for vine burying in China’s cold regions; third is developing the soil conveying mechanism of the grape vine burying machine, ensuring that the soil extracted by the rotary tillage components is evenly concentrated over the grape vines; fourth is developing a gearbox that integrates transmission and reversing functions, allowing the grape vine burying machine’s soil conveying mechanism to choose the direction of soil burying._x000D_
