This is a robotic loading and unloading cranial heat treatment process plan for a crankshaft heat treatment plant in Shandong.

Diagram:

1. Workers use mechanical hooks to hang crankshafts that have not yet undergone heat treatment onto the crankshaft hangers on the circular track.

2. The crankshaft enters the heat treatment roller path via the circular track and undergoes heat treatment.

3. After heat treatment, the hanger carrying the crankshaft reaches the position where the robot is located and stops.

4. The robot’s gripper grabs the crankshaft and places it into an empty storage rack. Once the storage rack is full of crankshafts, workers pull the storage rack away.
