This 3D model is a controllable thermal flow pipeline heating device, featuring an impressively attractive overall layout that is worthy of study for those of us in the mechanical field. The model was created using SolidWorks 2014 and consists of two main parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel tubes as protective sheaths and is comprised of high-temperature resistance alloy wire and crystallized magnesium oxide powder, formed through compression processes. The control part utilizes advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, and high back pressure thyristors to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater. The model is realistically created, but it doesn’t contain parameters. Feel free to download.
