Sharing a 3D model design of a complex coaxial planetary transmission gearbox, also known as the coaxial helicopter planetary gearbox SW2015.

The planetary gearbox, also known as a planetary reducer or simply a gearbox, involves a structure where multiple planetary gears revolve around a central sun gear. It functions to reduce transmission speed while proportionally increasing motor torque.

Features: Compared to similar conventional gearboxes, this one provides smooth transmission, high load capacity, and a high transmission ratio in a compact space. Particularly, its lifespan is noteworthy. If the gears are made of steel, the lifespan can reach up to 1000 years. It is compact in size with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Applications: The planetary gearbox is widely used in collaboration with motors. Beyond applications in miniature reduction motors, it is also utilized in industries such as sunshade, office automation, smart home systems, production automation, medical instruments, financial machinery, and gaming machines. Examples include automatic curtains, smart toilets, lifting systems, money counters, and advertising light boxes.
