A connector terminal insertion machine, designed as a carrier type mechanism, uses a servo motor to drive the carrier to move up and down to insert terminals. The feeding is done by a servo motor. It can be switched between different types, offering particularly strong versatility. Drawn with the 2012 version of SolidWorks, the structure is clear and easy to understand. This is an original work, and all parts include parameters that can be modified. The machine has now been introduced to production, with stable mechanisms and quick model changeovers.
