The design principle of the CNC lathe loading and unloading robot is:
1. The robot on the equipment takes the product from the tray and then places it into the CNC lathe.
2. After the lathe completes the work, the robot clamps and removes the processed product, and simultaneously places the unprocessed product into the lathe for processing to avoid affecting the production cycle.
3. The robot removes the flange and puts it back into the loading tray after installation, while the clamp cylinder rotates to grip the unprocessed product.
