This equipment is an automatic loading and unloading machine for CNC lathe rod processing. Loading method: Manually arrange the workpieces in one direction and place them into the storage bin. Product compatibility: Adjust the storage bin’s blocking plate to accommodate a variety of product lengths during processing. For processing products with different outer diameters, the fixtures can be replaced accordingly. Sorting method: relies on the inclined surface of the storage bin to allow the workpiece to flow into a groove, and the lifting cylinder pushes a workpiece along the inclined surface. Transport method: Implemented through the robotic arm motion module. Discharge method: The robotic arm places the processed workpiece directly onto the inclined hopper, allowing it to flow into the turnover box.
